The Creative Industries Fund NL has opened applications for its International Vouchers program. The grants support Dutch designers, architects, and digital culture professionals who have been invited to present work abroad.
Funding amounts vary by destination. Europe receives up to €1,500 for two days. Destinations outside Europe receive up to €2,500 for four days.
The program requires applicants to have received a previous positive assessment from the fund within the last five years. It also requires an invitation from a foreign party that contributes to costs. Applications must demonstrate how the activity strengthens international professional practice.
In the Netherlands, the approach focuses on guidance rather than full coverage. The grant contributes to expenses. It does not necessarily cover all of them.
Activities such as attending conferences as a visitor, participating in commercial fairs, or conducting self-initiated research remain ineligible. Educational activities also remain excluded.
Decisions are made within six weeks following a digital interview. This is expected to help.
